I know that there are a number of people on this forum that have had great experiences with Dale including myself. I finally heard from him last week via email. It turns up that he has suffered another heart attack. He is in cardiac rehab as of now. I debated whether or not to post this, but decided that his friends would want to know and wish him all the best.

I will do my best, but Dale no longer has a phone or internet at home. He taught me everything I knew about mat surfing and that has sure carried over to other alternative surf craft.
