RIP, always to be remembered. Thanks, Terry, for all that you shared! Thank you for the VCR tape bootleg of George Greenough some 15 yrs ago. Thank you for sharing and showing about two dozen of your kneeboards and most of the prototype paipo hydrofoils. Thank you for the trip into Deep Baja. Thank you for driving my curiosity into many things surfing. Thank you for writing those articles in Surfer Magazine. Thank you for everything.

Sorry to hear. Didn't know the man personally but he always seemed to represent the best of that kind of "mad surfing scientist" vibe that has made surfing so much fun through the decades.

Yes, very sad news. I was inspired by Terry's work with hydrofoils to have taken up the torch and build many myself and even though we only spoke via email he set me on a path that's been a whole lot of scientific pleasure and surfing fun. Thank you and farewell Terry...
