Skidders

#1

Unread post by Poobah »

I've seen some oiled paulownia boards that had tail damage. Scuffed up, then water damage, and more scuffing. I was wondering if anybody ever tried some skid protection, like a walnut inlay on the bottom of the tail? Or maybe a couple of little walnut runners near the tail...something about as thick as the bumper trim on a car door?

No but I added a tail block of a harder word after a split down the middle.
